Updating Punkbuster..

If you already have installed punkbuster but still you are kicked from servers you will have to update PB..

You can update PB using the same software that we downloaded in the previous tutorial..

Method 1:

Download it and follow the images(If you have downloaded it no need to download it again)..its just 694KB..

Double click it..(If it is a zip file you have to extract it)..go through if it needed some things to update and install..then,

         

Now you can see the button Check for Updates on the top.click it..Then it will update your PB version..

Go to game and check still you are kicked y the servers..If so use the following method...

Method 2:

Download the following software..just 820KB.

Download here:****Click here****

It will download a exe file call pbsvc.exe..Icon is same as the previously downloaded software icon.Now double click and run it...

You will get a wizard as in the above image.You can uninstall PB or you can re-install it.Most of the time I used to re-install it.If you uninstall it you will have to re-install it.You also can test your services(PB working or not working ad some other stuffs)using Test Services.

We will go with re-installing PB and it will fix your problem.

Select Install/Re-Install PunkBuster Service and click Next.

Then accept the agreement..

                           

Then it will take few minutes to run and you will see a wizard like above image..Then click next..

After fem minutes the test will be finished.Do not worry about the size of my wizard,I have draged it down.Then click finish...

Now restart your machine and run the game..

You will not be kicked again.
