Host the game..

So here we are with hosting the game from your own machine and making other players to join your room to play with you..

Need some things to checkout in your game folder before you are hosting a game because you are going to host a promod server.So you need to have some mods to host your game if you are hosting or playing the game online for the first time..If you have played online in a game server before,this is not relevant to you guys.Because you have already downloaded some mods to your game folder.

You can check this in following steps..
Just navigate to your game folder and check out for the folder name "mods"..

How to join a cod4 server using Game Ranger...

Right guys,In this tutorial I will show you how to join a cod4 server room and how to join the game..

You can see many servers in game ranger,but you can not join every server in that list because some of the servers are locked by a password,while some are not..Sometimes you will be able to join the locked servers.Because the person who start the server(Host) will show the password in the description column.(Although some servers have provided the password  we can not understand it because of language problems)

How do we no weather the server is locked or not??

When you double click on that sever(Double click to join that server to play the game) you will be asked for a password..or you can see it in game ranger..You can see a black color padlock in front of that server if it is

So now you have installed game ranger and this tutorial will give you a idea about the functions of game ranger..
Although u installed game ranger and you need to play the game you can not.because you have not added the game to Game ranger and software does not no which game you need to play,because it consists of many servers of different games..therefore first you have to add the game to game ranger..

So if we are to play online we need to have a software which communicate with the online servers and allow players of the world to join.This does not mean we must have a software to play online,we can play without  software.But a software makes it easier and it is attractive.you may notice these things once you get to no all these stuffs..(I will show the method to join online games without a software in future tutorials).

Right now I'm going to show you the most common software which is used by most of the gamers(not only cod4)worldwide.It is one of the best software for online gamers.Any way there are more.

How to add key code..

Hi guys...
Most common issue in cod4 is the Key Code problem..A key code must be applied if you are playing multiplayer game.If you try to join a game without this key code,you will not be able to connect to the server and it will display you a error..

So to fix this issue follow these steps...
Lets start..

Updating Punkbuster..

If you already have installed punkbuster but still you are kicked from servers you will have to update PB..

You can update PB using the same software that we downloaded in the previous tutorial..
